Mr. Redfern T.K. Lawer is a Ghanaian business executive with twenty-seven (27) years of professional experience across various sectors of business, with a strong concentration in the mining industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management. Over the course of his career, he has built a track record of strong leadership, sound business judgement, and effective management of company operations and affairs.

Possesses a strong background in plant maintenance, mining mechanics, equipment installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, production supervision, and machinery reliability. Proven ability to minimize equipment downtime, improve operational efficiency, and lead maintenance teams in demanding production environments.
Throughout my career, I have served in key technical roles with organizations including Mayben Engineering, Interpack Ghana Ltd., Time Mining Processing GH IT Ltd., Fine Print Industry Ghana Ltd., Owere Mines Ltd., Ghana Special Fats Industries Ltd., Boskuos International Co. Ltd., and Guinness Ghana Ltd. My experience spans mining operations, industrial maintenance, production processes, and mechanical systems, with a consistent focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
I hold qualifications in General Mines Mechanics from the University of Mines & Technology, Tarkwa, and Mechanical Technician training from Kumasi Polytechnic, supported by an Industrial Maintenance Certificate from Kumasi Technical Institute. I have also received certification in Fire Safety and Fire Extinguisher Training.

As Director of International Relations, Affairs & Protocols for Maximum Trust Co. Ltd., she is responsible for strengthening strategic partnerships, fostering international business opportunities, coordinating executive engagements, and ensuring protocol excellence across the company's operations throughout Africa and global markets.
